Vaginal Stimulation and Whole Body Orgasms
Vaginal stimulation and whole body orgasms… and why deep thrusting and pounding can be great and why absolutely not.
It’s all about the nerves and sexual energy.
Let’s start with nerves.
There are three nerves busy with guiding sexual stimulation to the brain:
External Genital Nerve (a.k.a. Pudendal Nerve)
Pelvic Nerves
Vagus Nerves
The external Genital nerves are mostly connected to the clitoris, urethral sponge and a bit of the pelvic floor muscles.
Most women have only connected to and/or activated and/or got to know this nerve with clitoral stimulation. Don’t get me wrong: this is great stuff and heating up the body for more.
The Pelvic nerve for example can be touched and stimulated by deep stimulation in the vagina, but it can only be directly stimulated when the woman is very aroused.
What happens when women get very aroused, is that the uterus is being pulled more into the belly and makes space for these pelvic nerves to be touched!
When the woman is not sufficiently aroused, the pounding is painful, because it hits the cervix in a bad and painful way AND it’s not so pleasurable, because the uterus is still hiding the pelvis nerves.
Also… when these pelvic nerves have never been properly stimulated during high arousal, they are not working their full potential.
It’s a bit like learning to ride a bicycle.
At first your body is like “WTF is this” and then it’s like “aaaahhhh this is how it works, chill!”.
Are we born knowing how to ride a bicycle?
No, but we all have the potential.
And for some it’s easier than others, because we are wired differently and/or experience high arousal more easily.
For most women this is unfortunately not the case, because of personal and collective smaller of bigger trauma which blocks sexual pleasure.
For most women it needs some, practice (alone and with a partner) and communication (about what you really, really like), and healing.
Then there’s the vagus nerve.
This very special nerve is doing its job mostly when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated.
In other words: it’s activated when you’re feeling relaxed and safe.
The vagus nerve is connected to multiple body systems, among others the heart, the brain, and in women the uterus and the cervix.
When in deep surrender and high arousal stimulating the cervix or cervical area can create subtle but oh so intense waves of pleasure.
The funny thing is that once you know the sensations, you don’t need physical stimulation.
It’s well known in psychology that when you imagine something, it’s being seen in the brain as if you actually are doing what you imagine.
With the power of visualization imagining cervical stimulation can most easily cause no-touch-full-body-orgasms to happen (compared to other kinds of orgasmic-potential-areas).
When working with sexual energy, the cervix and vagus nerve play a very big role.
So nerves play a big role in vaginal pleasure and they only create pleasure when you’re highly aroused, relaxed and feeling safe.
This is why deep pounding is only pleasurable when as a vagina owner you are really aroused.
When you have been on your way to orgasm and experienced a lot of pleasure.
Then first starting a bit slower building up to deep and hard thrusting with a dildo or your partner can lead to a lot of hotness and deep arousal and pleasure.
The place of your uterus and cervix also move during your cycle, so it can be that this deep thrusting towards the pelvic nerve is only pleasurable around ovulation, when it’s naturally more pulled into the belly.
If you’re not very aroused, not feeling safe, and you’re not well lubricated this deep pounding penetration is not enjoyable and even painful.
Take care of yourself and your arousal.
Get to know your body! I’m sure every woman can experience deep and intense vaginal pleasure.
It’s about training the nerves to perceive pleasure and sometimes it needs a bit of healing via de-armoring (if you don’t know what that is, but would like to know more, contact me here).
